III. User Rights and Responsibilities

Use Rights: You are entitled to use the service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and to enjoy the various functions we provide.

Information Accuracy: You must ensure that the information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete, and you shall not intentionally withhold or provide false information.

Compliance: You undertake to use the service lawfully and in compliance with all applicable regulations, and shall not use the service for any illegal activities or infringe upon the legitimate rights of others.

Usage Monitoring and Enforcement:To maintain service security, stability, and compliance, 9HTTP may conduct risk assessments and security reviews based on service usage, including account activity, IP usage, traffic characteristics, request patterns, abnormal access, third-party complaints, and payment risk information.

If 9HTTP discovers or reasonably suspects that a user has violated this Policy, the Terms of Service, applicable laws and regulations, or third-party platform rules, 9HTTP may take appropriate measures, including but not limited to restricting, suspending, or terminating the relevant services, limiting access to related accounts or resources, and cooperating with lawful investigations where permitted.

User Responsibilities:Users must ensure that their accounts and proxy resources are used only for lawful and authorized business purposes and are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts. Users must not weaken security controls by sharing accounts, concealing the actual purpose of use, or using other means. Before using the services, users should confirm that their use cases, data sources, and access activities have the necessary authorization and legal basis.

VI. Other Important Terms

Agreement Amendments: We reserve the right to amend this Agreement based on changes in laws and regulations, business needs, or other reasonable grounds. The amended Agreement will be published on our official website or other designated channels. You should periodically review the latest version.

Effectiveness and Termination: This Agreement takes effect upon your acceptance and remains in effect until you stop using the service. The privacy protection and dispute resolution provisions shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Notifications: We may send notifications via the official website, email, SMS, or other means. You must ensure that your contact information is accurate and current.

Interpretation: The right to interpret this Agreement rests with the Service Provider. Any questions or disputes will be handled in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations.
