If 9HTTP identifies or reasonably suspects that a user has violated these Terms of Service, applicable policies, or relevant laws and regulations, 9HTTP may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to restricting, suspending, or terminating services, limiting access to related accounts or resources, and cooperating with lawful investigations.

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts and proxy resources. Users must not evade security controls through account sharing, concealing the actual purpose of use, or other means.

VI. Other Important Terms

Agreement Amendments: We reserve the right to amend this Agreement based on changes in laws and regulations, business needs, or other reasonable grounds. The amended Agreement will be published on our official website or other designated channels. You should periodically review the latest version.

Effectiveness and Termination: This Agreement takes effect upon your acceptance and remains in effect until you stop using the service. The privacy protection and dispute resolution provisions shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
